1. Loan us the funds for our projects and recieve a good rate of return. We will be buying,rehabing, and selling single family homes to our net work of buyers. Short term ,3 to 12 months
Secured by a Mortgage, Promisary note, insurance
2. Partner with us on all our deals and split the profits 50/50
Like buying bulk reo's and selling to investors. We are in direct contact with the bank, No daisy chains.
3. Partner with us in long term investing in multi-family apartment building. Our job will be to put the deal togeather , manage the property, Look for ways to improve cash flow. We could set up property specific LLC's if necessary. We have a fine management team in place.
A promissory note and a Mortgage with the first lien on the property will secure your investment. Your investment will take priority over any other lien, You will be paid first.
